On July 6th Lithuanian Community of BC got together to celebrate Statehood Day by raising our voices together to sing the Lithuanian national anthem by Vancouver Science World. At 11:00 AM (21:00 in Lithuania), we sang in unison with Lithuanians around the world – those on every continent and in every time zone, no matter whether at home, with family or in a group of friends.
It was wonderful to see familiar faces and welcome new ones!
