Pirmą kartą lietuvių bendruomenė Kalgaryje nutarė surengti „Talentų koncertą 19“. Kvietėme mažus ir didelius, jaunus ir senus, patyrusius ir tik bepradedančius.
Sulaukėme dainininkų, šokėjų, muzikantų ir net nepakartojamų grupių, tokių kaip „Bigudukai“ ar tautinių šokių grupė „Klevelis“. Po koncerto buvo smagu drauge pašokti, pabendrauti ir paskanauti visų suneštinių vaišių. Renginys tikrai pavyko ir manau, kad ateityje sulauksime dar didesnio žmonių srauto. Nuoširdus ačiū visiems dalyvavusiems ir žiūrovams!
For the first time, the Lithuanian community in Calgary decided to hold a Talent Show 19. We invited young and old, experienced people, and just beginners. We have received singers, dancers, musicians and even unique groups such as ‘Bigudukai’ or Lithuanian national dance group ‘Klevelis’. After the concert, it was fun to dance, chat and taste all the goodies that everybody brought to share.The event has really succeeded and I think we will have an even greater flow of people in the future. A big thank you to all participants as well as the audience!
